These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Guest,” “User,” or “you”) and Panur Hotel (“Panur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding use of https://panurhotel.co (the “Site”), related mobile experiences, and services provided at our property and integrated casino hotel offerings. By accessing the Site, submitting forms, or completing a reservation, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility & account integrity
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Site and to reserve rooms. Casino areas may impose higher minimum ages according to applicable law. You agree that all information supplied to Panur—identity, contact, payment, and stay preferences—is accurate and kept current. We may refuse service or cancel reservations if information is fraudulent, incomplete, or conflicts with legal obligations.
2. Reservations, rates, and payment
Rates displayed on panurhotel.co are invitations to treat and may change until a booking is confirmed. A reservation is confirmed only after Panur issues a confirmation number or written acknowledgment and any required deposit is authorized. Currency is United States dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize Panur and its payment processors to charge supplied payment methods for deposits, room charges, incidental holds, and post-stay adjustments that comply with these Terms.
Third-party booking channels may impose their own rules; where conflicts arise, the terms of the channel that processed payment may govern payment disputes, while house rules and conduct standards in Section 5 still apply on property.
3. Cancellation, no-show, and early departure
Cancellation windows vary by rate plan, season, and package—including casino hotel bundles. The specific policy attached to your confirmation email controls. Unless a flexible plan is purchased, late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit deposits or incur charges up to the reserved stay value. Early departures may be treated as cancellations for remaining nights.
4. Check-in, identification, and security
Valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for booking may be required at check-in. Panur may refuse entry to individuals who cannot verify identity, appear on exclusion lists, or pose a safety risk. For security, we may monitor public areas with video in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Conduct, prohibited uses, and removal
Guests must respect staff, other visitors, and property. Harassment, discrimination, violence, illegal gambling outside licensed areas, weapons, unauthorized recording in private spaces, excessive noise, or trafficking of illegal substances are prohibited. Panur may remove guests without refund where conduct endangers others or breaches law. The Site may not be used for scraping, automated booking abuse, malware distribution, or reverse engineering except as law mandates.
6. Casino hotel & gaming
Where Panur operates casino hotel amenities, gaming is offered only in licensed configurations and during posted hours. Guests are responsible for complying with jurisdictional rules, including self-exclusion programs where applicable. Panur promotes responsible play and provides on-site resources upon request. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice about gambling eligibility.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, copy, photography, and software on the Site belong to Panur or licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to browse and share links for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and on-property experiences are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panur disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site availability or error-free content.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panur and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or stay, except where prohibited. Aggregate liability for direct damages relating to a single stay or Site interaction is limited to the amount you paid Panur for that transaction unless law requires otherwise.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Panur, its owners, directors, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Site or property.
11. Force majeure
Panur is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, utility failures, government orders, or acts of war.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes subject to litigation shall be courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless a consumer protection law grants you non-waivable rights elsewhere.
13. Changes
Panur may update these Terms by posting a revised version on panurhotel.co with a new effective date. Material changes affecting booked stays will be communicated when feasible. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
